RETURN POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You may return products within 7 days of receiving them.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. Products that have been damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These items include but are not limited to:
- Products that have been personalized or customized
- Opened or used items

Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return. Donna is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or size, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are processed based on product availability and may involve additional shipping costs.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
